What Makes a Healthy Community?


Grass Roots Art is taking on the task of answering the question, what makes a healthy community? This will not be easy, but with your help we hope to unearth many kernels of wisdom. We are devoting our forum to opening up dialogue amongst people from all walks of life on this topic. We will focus on what can be done to foster a healthier global community, through the arts. We will take a real Grass Roots Approach to this fact finding mission and will be out and about talking to members of the global community so we can find out their take on this situation.

     Luqmann Ruth's much anti- cipated CD The Chronicles is available for downloads! The Chronicles is an interesting blend of rock, jazz, blues, and a little bit of techno. This 16 year old, musician, writer, and producer, has an eclectic sound comprised of colorful rhythms and soulful melodies, which are sure to please any music lover.
      Luqmann is an independent
artist who alone created this album at Grass Roots Art's
music studio. He also helps
others to realize their dreams by guiding emerging youth musicians through the music production of their projects enabling them to develop their own sound.  
    Luqmann explains his passion for music, "I love music because there are no limits to what I can create. Music represents freedom and I love sharing it with others."
    Portions of the proceeds from The Chronicles will go towards studio upgrades that will enable Grass Roots Art to continue to offer local youth artists studio resources.
